Art and culture are fundamental pillars for Nivia Born Boutique Hotel, as is demonstrated by our renewed collaboration with Art Palma Contemporani.
Yesterday, the press conference was held to present the Nit de l’Art de Palma, an event that
highlights the best of contemporary art and transforms the city into a vibrant cultural epicentre.
The 28th edition of the Nit de l’Art in Palma will be held on 21st September 2024. Organised by the gallery owners’ association Art Palma Contemporani in collaboration with Nivia Born Boutique Hotel, this annual event brings together some 30 galleries and cultural spaces with the aim of sharing their passion for art. This is a free event, open to the public, and is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of contemporary art.
Showrooms
Palma City Council’s Councillor for Culture, Javier Bonet, has presented some of the outstanding activities on offer at Cort. In the Casal Solleric you can visit the exhibitions ‘Interacciones’ by Concha Jerez and ‘Un vuelo ligero’ by Cecilia Paredes. Other spaces such as Can Balaguer, Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró, Espai Zero or Espai Cúbic, will also participate, together with the gallery owners, in the new edition of the Nit de l’Art.
Galleries and art spaces will open their doors to offer an innovative and exciting art experience. In addition, many of them will invite visitors to enjoy a glass of cava while they contemplate the exhibitions. Palma’s old quarter is transformed into a dynamic and colourful stage. Rooftops, historic building façades, store-fronts and balconies become showcases for art, in an evening where young talent and established artists from the community can showcase their work to the public.
We promote art
At Nivia Born Boutique Hotel, we have always believed in the importance of supporting and promoting art and culture. This commitment is reflected in our constant collaboration with events such as the Nit de l’Art, which not only make our city beautiful, but also inspire our guests and visitors.
The renewal of our agreement is a sign of our continued support for Palma’s cultural initiatives. We firmly believe that art has the power to transform, connect and enrich lives, and we are excited to once again be part of this magnificent event.
