I propose a trip back in time in first class

Nivia Born Boutique Hotel is located in a building with soul, which in the 1950s, was the headquarters of the Spanish airline Iberia. With authentic details from the world of aviation and the same magic and glamour as in the old days, it is now a luxury hotel in Palma. We invite you to experience a very special stay, with the personal attention of our “crew”, who are here to satisfy all your needs. Time to buckle up.

Like a breath of fresh air in the middle of the city, and with the dominance of a control tower, Nivia Born Boutique Hotel welcomes you on the seventh floor with an atmosphere reminiscent of travel, which is immediately apparent from the Pan Am logo that dominates the ceiling of the reception area. A tribute to America’s most prominent international airline of the 20th century, which is echoed in the use of the same corporate blue on the armchairs, walls and carpets of this floor, as well as in the stylish uniform worn by the staff. Welcome on board!

The colours of the different floors, the geometry – inspired by feminine forms – and the Art Deco ornamentation will surround you with the splendour of the golden age of travel, without sacrificing the comforts of today. Authentic luxury that puts sophistication, friendliness and service before ostentation.

At the entrance, on Calle Paraires, you will be greeted by a miniature replica of the romantic Paseo del Born, just a few metres away. The vegetation of this magnificent boulevard ‘climbs’ up the walls of the elegant staircases of the Nivia Born Boutique Hotel and into the intimate rooms, decorated with floral elements. You disembark in an oasis of peace where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. A place where you can touch down, but also fly above the clouds.
