Save the date! Next Thursday 6 June will see the return of Art Palma Summer, an unmissable event that marks the start of Mallorca’s summer of art. This year marks its ninth edition, bringing together fascinating exhibitions and artists from all over the world. Art Palma Summer 2024 will present an ambitious programme covering Palma, Andratx and Pollença.
Between 6 pm and 9 pm, Art Palma Contemporani, the galleries that make up the association of contemporary art galleries in Palma, will open their doors to the public free of charge to celebrate current artistic creations. The intention is to bring exhibition projects closer to the public and to offer exceptional visiting hours.
Thus, Aba Art Lab, Galería Baró, CCA Andratx, Galería Fermay, Galería Fran Reus, Kewenig Palma, La Bibi, L21, Maior Pollença, Galería Pelaires, Pep Llabrés Art Contemporani and Galería Xavier Fiol, along with other participating spaces to be announced later, will reveal new creators and artistic languages to the public. An initiative that will undoubtedly boost Palma’s cultural life, we at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel have decided to support it by once again becoming sponsors of an event that attracts professionals from the industry, especially collectors and cultural agents, but also fans of contemporary art and those who are just curious. If you missed it last year, we invite you to take a look at the photo gallery, which shows the interest aroused and the unquestionable quality of the works.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to immerse yourself in contemporary art and celebrate the talent of renowned and emerging artists! Make a note in your diary and join us at Art Palma Summer 2024 for a summer filled with inspiration and creativity.
On Saturday 21 September, this memorable event will be followed by the Nit de l’Art or, in other words, the great art festival. A magical night with a vibrant atmosphere in which there will be no shortage of open-air art exhibitions, music and performances. Joining us once again will be the main gallery owners and artists of the Islands, as well as international authors.
