From the latest in hotel technology to the most sustainable strategies. The 19th Congress of Spanish Hoteliers will be held in Palma on 22nd November, and will turn Mallorca into the epicentre of the hotel industry for three days. With nearly 50 exhibitors and more than a thousand square metres of exhibition space, those attending will be able to learn about the services and products that will shape the tourism industry of the future in areas such as security, cleaning, robotics, comfort, customer service, mobility, architecture, interior design, furniture and decoration, transport and digital transformation, etc.
The meeting, which will take place at the Palma Conference Centre, will also be attended by executives and businessmen from the Spanish accommodations sector, with prominent personalities who will analyse the trends and challenges facing tourism. This year’s leitmotiv is ‘From better to better’. The aim is to “focus on the tourism sector’s shared desire to continue optimising its processes and services in order to offer visitors to Spain not only a broader offer at all levels, but also an exceptional and unique offer”, the organisation states.
The event has become an important forum for the exchange of knowledge and provides the perfect setting for networking among industry players. Topics to be addressed include investment funds, distribution, the industry’s contribution to society, communication, connectivity, artificial intelligence and sustainability, among others.
The programme ranges from technical seminars to social activities, such as the evening event on Thursday 22 November, which will recreate a Mallorcan revetla , with entertainment and local products.
