February is an ideal month to explore the island in a relaxed atmosphere. During this period, Mallorca reaches its purest state and recovers the charm of “the island of calm” described in his day by the writer and painter Santiago Rusiñol.
No hustle and bustle, you go at your own pace, feeling and taking in everything. Sadhana Works, the first school of consciousness in Palma, offers you a three-day retreat (from 1 to 4 February) on the island where nothing is spared in improving your physical and spiritual well-being. Three days of disconnecting from routine to get in tune with the environment and your inner self through visits to places rich in history and mystery, yoga sessions, meditation and other activities aimed at enriching your spirituality and care. Also at the Nivia Born Boutique Hotel, you will be provided with good nutrition and comfortable rest. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome and enjoy a delicious welcome dinner at our boutique hotel in the heart of Palma.
If you decide to treat yourself to a journey of self-care and personal growth, with the ‘priestess’ Alessandra Di Gesú as your guide you will embark on an adventure through the history, art and nature of the island. A visit to the Cathedral of Mallorca and the Talayotic sanctuary of Son Fornés will align you with a world of symbols, rituals and myths, as well as pass on universe of powerful energies.
Afternoons of introspection
In the evening, you can continue working on your personal transformation through Kundalini Yoga sessions, active meditation and gong ‘baths’ by Mariana Harpreet, who is directly instructed by Deepak Chopra. On the first day Sadhana Works, in collaboration with The Arcana Society, the organisation of a special party (“Arcana Experience. Night of the Secret Flame”) will take place, with ritual performances and music that will enrapture.
