The 19th edition of Ciutat’s most international running event returns with much more than just sport. On the weekend of the annual festival of El Pilar, Palma will be buzzing with activities that bring together thousands of people of different nationalities. With the slogan ‘Follow the sun’, this event invites you to enjoy 3 days of relaxation, good weather, partying and cultural visits, giving you the opportunity to discover the best of Palma. And to top it all off, there will be a race along the magnificent Paseo Marítimo, enabling the most experienced runners to practice their favourite sport while discovering the wonders of Palma’s old town.
On Friday 13th October, the Palma Marathon 2023 will kick off with the traditional Breakfast Run, where there will be coffee and cake for everyone on completion of a 6.5 km training session that will allow you to familiarise yourself with the circuit in a fun environment. After picking up your race bib, you will be able to visit the Marathon Expo, where sporting goods from major brands and official marathon merchandising will be on sale. You’ll want to take home a souvenir!
Between 12:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 14th, the Pasta Party awaits you, a well-attended lunch where you can share experiences with your companions and the other participants. However, the main event will take place on Sunday 15 October. After an exciting race with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, various animation points and the unconditional support of hundreds of onlookers, a big closing party will be held in Megapark Mallorca.
