In addition to its rich history, culture and tradition, on offer is increasingly attractive gastronomy. Palma is also a destination for foodies. Proof of this is the number of Michelin-starred restaurants that have proliferated in the city centre, but also the gastronomic events that have over time become established. TaPalma is one of them, and it returns this November with the year’s most eagerly awaited route of tapas and cocktails. Are you up for it?
Traditional, local flavours, in many cases seasoned with avant-garde touches, and cocktails that take you on a journey with each drink of original mixtures. TaPalma 2023 kicks off on Wednesday 22nd November and will run until Sunday 26th. During these days, 36 establishments in the city will open their doors and have delicious proposals including a bunyol de mar (grooved sea squirt), a spicy red tuna ceviche, a cachopo lollipop, a fake sobrasada cannelloni with apple garnish, a kimchi croquette, liquid pa amb oli or a melon sorbet with ginger, Iberian ham maki, red rice, cucumber, sun-dried tomato and feta cheese.
The following restaurants will be taking part in the event: Arume Sake Bar, Bar Central, Bar Cristal, Bar Mavi, Café Barroco, Can Frasquet, Casino Mallorca, Coctelería Riad, Dave’s Diner, D’presión, El Bandarra, El Braserío, El Bula, Entre Pinsas, Es Principal, Fast & Nature, Foam, L’Arancina, La Caña, La Consentida, La Siesta, La Trastienda, La Velo Brewery, Los Platos de Soto, Maleva, Mestís, Mozzatura, Noveno B, Ombú, Sa Goleta, Sa Panineria, San Patricio, Schwaiger, Shaka, The Wine Side and Viu Restaurant. Each of them will prepare a tapa, pincho and/or cocktail for the occasion, which can be consulted at this link.
